Sagone is a seaside resort in the Coggia area, which is partly shared with the municipality of Vico.
Swimming is supervised at Sagone Beach. The beach also has an anchorage for sports and leisure boats.

At Sagone Glisse, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, surfboards and pedal boats are rented at the two water sports centres in Sagone and on the Liamone. Sagone Glisse also offers introductory and advanced courses in surfing or stand-up paddling.

Culture and history
As a historic monument, the Tour génoise de Sagone was listed by decree on 19 April 1974.

The archaeological site of Sant’Appianu can be reached by car and has a car park.
The former activities offered by Ranch de Sagone included horse rides through maquis, river landscapes and mountains along former mule tracks to goat shelters.
The hiking trail at Pointe du Triu Sagone takes about an hour to circle the headland. On the way there, it offers a wide view over the Gulf of Sagone, and on the way back, over the Gulf of Cargèse.
