Culture
The Église Saint-Pierre is a Gothic church in the Romanesque style and has been classified as a Monument historique since 30 July 1934. Its construction began in the 12th century. The church includes a seigneurial chapel in the Flamboyant Gothic style, with a ribbed vault and carved capitals. Depicted among other things are a mermaid, a mask spitting leaves, intertwined monsters, as well as vines and grapes.
The Église Saint-Vincent has a Romanesque portal with three archivolts; the outermost is decorated with a chevron frieze. It is considered the first church in the Diocese of Châlons-en-Champagne dedicated to Saint Vincent.
The Neolithic archaeological site of Vert-Toulon comprises four hypogea, one of which has been destroyed. These are collective burial chambers dug into the chalk. The La Crayère site in Vert-la-Gravelle (Vert-Toulon) appears to consist of a hypogea necropolis in the east and a flint mine in the west.
