The Villa, or Château La Pipière, was built between 1909 and 1910 in the wooded massif of the same name. The Domaine de la Pipière is a compact villa with several levels, a hexagonal floor plan, and façades made of local stone, which has undergone little change since its construction.

The Église Saint-Sylvestre stands in the heart of Lignol-le-Château and is still surrounded by its cemetery. The composite building combines a medieval transept, a choir and side chapels from the 16th century, as well as a nave and bell tower from the 18th century. The church also contains an 18th-century side altar made of carved, painted, and gilded wood.

The Domaine de la Pipière is exceptionally opening its doors in 2026. Guided and self-guided tours are offered, presenting the buildings, their history, and notable architectural features.
Les Vergers du Barrois is open for self-picking at the farm during September and October.
