The Église Saint-Lubin in Landes-le-Gaulois combines several clearly dated construction features and furnishings. Its main construction phase dates from the 11th century; a crypt from the same period is located beneath the choir and apse. The church also preserves rare wall paintings from the 13th or 14th century. Since 1 February 1993, the Église Saint-Lubin has been listed as a Monument historique.

At the Buisson Sabotier site, there is an interpretation trail on the northern wall of the former quarry. Access is regulated: the site is closed, permission can be requested from the Landes-le-Gaulois municipal administration, and access is via the village along the RD26 in a northerly direction.
