History
Cindré's historical landmarks include the Château de Puyfol. It was rebuilt in the 15th century and expanded in the 17th century. During the Hundred Years' War, the English captured the Château de Puyfol; it was recaptured in 1365. Since 13 February 1925, it has been classified as a historic monument.
