Culture
Before the French Revolution, the Château de Maslacq was the residence of the lay abbots of this rural settlement. The Château de Maslacq is privately owned and cannot be visited. The Tour Maslacq is a medieval tower outside the village. The municipality is also home to the Church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste de Maslacq, a religious heritage monument in Maslacq, Nouvelle-Aquitaine.

Hiking
The Sanctuaire de Muret is regularly visited by hikers and pilgrims to Santiago de Compostela who follow the GR® 65. The site was a renowned pilgrimage destination for around 500 years, until it was devastated during the Reformation period from 1569 to 1599.
The Sentier d'interprétation de Maslacq has been available since 11 April 2022; all information panels have been installed. Stage 4 of the GR® 65 from Maslacq to Navarrenx is 22.7 km long, takes approximately 5 hours and 10 minutes on foot, and has a moderate difficulty level. It passes through a mixture of woodland and agricultural areas.
