Sigalens combines an annual pilgrimage, churches and historic monuments with Lac des 3 Rives, around which a path runs.
Culture
The pilgrimage at La Fontaine Miraculeuse takes place every year on 8 September or on the nearest Sunday. It includes a mass and a procession in honour of Notre Dame. Today’s La Fontaine Miraculeuse dates from 1932 and contains a ceramic work signed by the artist Mazutti, depicting the Virgin and Child.
The former church of Saint-Martin de Montclaris was added to the supplementary inventory of historic monuments on 2 July 1987. Le Vieux Grenier was dismantled and faithfully rebuilt on the Place des Anciens Combattants. The Église St Pierre is the youngest of Sigalens’ churches and stands in the centre of the village.
In the cemetery of Notre-Dame d’Aillas-le-Vieux stands a double-sided cross dating from the 16th century. The choir of Saint-Martin de Montclaris retains, above all, wall paintings. The ruins of Saint-Martin de Montclaris are Gothic and form part of the history of rural church architecture in the Midi.
Nature
A path runs around Lac des 3 Rives and is suitable for a family walk. Tables for picnics are available beneath the trees. Lac des 3 Rives is also suitable for fishing.

The tourist Giovanni-Masutti circular route covers 23 municipalities in southern Gironde and Lot-et-Garonne. The churches of Sigalens and Lerm-et-Musset on the Giovanni-Masutti route are accessible all year round.
