Nérigean: Holiday apartments and houses

The Église Saint-Martin in Nérigean is partly Romanesque. Its nave was largely rebuilt in the 16th century and fitted with rib vaults. Since 7 January 1926, the church has been listed as a historic monument.

The stone cemetery cross, Croix de cimetière, dates from the 16th century and was classified as a historic monument by decree of 20 December 1907. It bears depictions of Sainte Madeleine, Sainte Catherine, the Archangel Gabriel, Saint-Paul, Saint-Michel and Saint-Pierre, as well as the symbols of the Evangelists Saint-Marc, Saint-Luc, Saint-Mathieu and Saint-Jean.

Cuisine

Terr’a Safran grows saffron on its farm in Nérigean using organic methods. Guided tours of the saffron field and vineyard are also available. In its farm shop, Terr’a Safran sells saffron threads and saffron specialities.

The Cave de Nérigean-Lenoble offers Bordeaux wines, including Entre-Deux-Mers, and offers private individuals free tastings only.
