Townscape and Garden
The Jardin Es Liens comprises former pleasure gardens belonging to the de Lostange family and a kitchen garden used by the town's residents. From the Jardin Es Liens on the banks of the Louyre, the imposing tower of the Château de Lostanges can be seen. Every summer, the garden hosts activities, including Les Tablées Gourmandes in August, a market showcasing local producers' specialities.
Culture
Today's Église Saint-Pierre-es-liens was consecrated in 1783. A 14th-century reliquary in the Église Saint-Pierre-es-liens contains fragments of a skull that, according to local legend, are attributed to Alvéréna. The Château de Lostanges is a 13th-century fortress whose history is closely linked to Sainte-Alvère. It was set on fire during the Revolution; today, only its remains survive.

The Boucle des Truffières runs along shady forest paths and past springs, fountains and viewpoints, as well as the characteristic hamlets of La Bouzonie and Lentignac. The Sentier des Truffières is suitable for all audiences, has an incline of less than 5 %, and offers content in Braille.
Truffles and Events
The Marché aux truffes de Sainte-Alvère takes place every Monday morning from the end of November to the end of February. The Truffière pédagogique offers a permanent open-air exhibition featuring a recreation of a truffle plantation in its natural surroundings.
