The Église Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens de Bouteilles is a 12th-century church in the Bouteilles district of Bouteilles-Saint-Sébastien. Its apse has been listed as a historic monument since 6 December 1948. Following a complete restoration, the church retains its Romanesque-style choir and bell tower characteristic of the Charente.
The Château de la Richardie is a secluded château in La Richardie in Bouteilles-Saint-Sébastien and is privately owned. It is a former 18th-century fief associated with viticulture and was probably built on the foundations of a medieval residential building.
At the Au Bout du Chemin workshop, traditional weaving with willow rods and wild vines is offered. Baskets, bowls, birdhouses, as well as decorations and structures for gardens are made there; introductory and advanced courses are also available. Sculptures by Cyril Lagorce made from charred wood are displayed in the garden, which is open to the public; introductory courses in clay modelling and ceramics are also offered.

Bouteilles-Saint-Sébastien is one of the municipalities included in the ZNIEFF Vallée de la Nizonne. The ZNIEFF Vallée de la Nizonne covers 3,586 hectares and has elevations ranging from 50 to 210 metres. Part of the Vallée de la Nizonne Natura 2000 site, a special protection area designated FR 7200663, extends across the territory of Bouteilles-Saint-Sébastien.
