Culture
The Callinet organ in Hochstatt was built by Claude Ignace Callinet and installed in 1836. In 1874, Antoine Berger added a second manual to the organ. The bells “Messagères du Ciel” are used to call people to prayer, summon parishioners to gather, and announce celebrations. At the entrance to the chancel of the Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul, there is a keystone that probably came from the former church.

The Comité des Fêtes de Hochstatt organises events throughout the year, such as the Fêtes de l’été, the Mystères du Patrimoine – a treasure hunt through Hochstatt’s heritage accompanied by theatrical performances –, a Christmas market and open-air cinema.
