Třeština: Holiday apartments and holiday homes
In its heritage conservation zone, Třeština preserves the urban layout of an originally one-sided medieval colonist village founded on a terrain ridge above a valley. Historic façades in the heritage conservation zone feature floral, zoomorphic and anthropomorphic decorations.
Culture and history
The Háj waterworks is an important technical monument and a work of Czech interwar modernism. The hydroelectric power plant was built between 1921 and 1924; the electricity generated there was also intended to supply the nearby municipality of Třeština.
The historic village setting also includes the Vysoudil Chapel, a brick triangular wayside shrine at the crossroads towards Dubicko and Police, built in 1745, as well as the “Na stráž” war memorial. It was created in 1922 by the Prague sculptor and woodcarver Vojta Sucharda. Farmstead No. 2 is a regionally unusual type of rural estate with a richly decorated main façade. No. 33 in Třeština is a listed agricultural estate dating from 1837, with a rendered, richly articulated façade and a vaulted interior. Figurative ceramic sculpture from Třeština is included in the list of traditional crafts of the Olomoucký kraj region.
The Church of Saint Anthony of Padua in Třeština is a single-nave Neo-Gothic church completed in 1866. It was built on the site of an earlier chapel and has a square tower with an onion dome.
The castle ruins of Hrad Brníčko are located in the wider surroundings of Třeština. In the wider regional area are the ruins of Nový Hrad, as well as the churches Kaple Panny Marie Lurdské and Kaple Panny Marie.

The legally protected orchid Epipactis albensis has been recorded in a meadow and riparian woodland at a bend in the Morava River near the Třeština weir.
