Mezouň is home to the Chapel of Saint John of Nepomuk, built in 1818 and preserved to this day. It is part of the protected immovable cultural monument, which also includes the barn with gate belonging to Farmstead No. 3.
Culture
The fire-resistant clays from Mezouň became a sought-after raw material for the production of ceramic stoneware and faience. The first provisional pottery workshop in Mezouň was founded by František Žáček and Josef Votava in 1887 in House No. 52 (Na Špejchaře).
The village landscape includes the rural farm complex at Nos. 3 and 41. It is located at the southeastern corner of the large, approximately trapezoidal village green with rounded corners in Mezouň.
Nature and Trails
Today, people from nearby Prague come to relax at the site of the old cemetery. The historic path between Tachlovice and Mezouň has been restored.
The hill “Hačka [Mezouň] outlook p.” and the hill “Blýskava [Chrustenice]” are located in the vicinity of Mezouň. Mount Doutnáč is also located near Mezouň.

Every year, Mezouňský zavírák offers an evening of beat, rock and metal music, or a mixture of these genres. The event also includes a theatre performance.
