Zagorje: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Zagorje’s public coastal beaches are located in pebble coves within a predominantly rocky coastal landscape.

Coast and Landscape

Bobina Beach is located on the eastern coast at the foot of Zagorje. The beach is situated in a wooded setting that has been preserved and provides shade.

Brestova Beach comprises two pebble beach areas within Brestova Bay. One of these two areas is located directly below the ferry terminal.

Stupova Beach is located on the border between the municipalities of Brseč and Kršan. The pebble cove lies below the gorge of the intermittently flowing Supoti watercourse.

Access

Bobina Beach cannot be reached by vehicle. Stupova Beach has neither vehicle access nor any other public infrastructure.

Culture

The municipality of Kršan is home to Glagolitic and sacred heritage, traditional crafts, gastronomy, and natural features, including the endemic Istrian bellflower.

The Church of Saint Catherine in Baći contains an altarpiece by Valentin Lukas. It is a single-nave building dating from the 17th or 18th century. Every year on 25 November, the church is a pilgrimage destination.
