Holiday apartment in Dubrave Gornje: Orašje Mosque and Agićka Watermill

Orašje Mosque was ceremonially opened on 2 September 2012 in Dubrave Gornje; construction took ten years, and the mosque has two minarets.

Agićka Watermill in the hamlet of Kadrići is described as being more than 200 years old and is the only one of seven mills in the surrounding area that has survived. Visitors can visit the mill and grind corn there themselves. Anyone unable to do this work can receive help from Himzo.

History

After the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Plane Mosque was built on the site of a former mekteb. The cemetery at Plane Mosque contains tombstones, known as nišani, from various historical periods. An inscription on one nišan in this cemetery indicates that it is approximately 250 years old.

The “Nesib Malkić” Memorial Five-a-Side Football Tournament was held for the 23rd time and, in 2025, for the 28th time; in 2025, it brought together 22 teams in four groups.
