The tour lasts 45 minutes to one hour and is followed by a tasting in the Bierhuis.

The Oud Beersel Bierhuis complements the visit with snacks and a selection of hot dishes prepared with its own beers. Those who want to explore the regional beer culture in greater depth can also visit 3 Fonteinen. The traditional Lambic brewery and Geuze blender has a history dating back to 1887. For more than three generations, 3 Fonteinen has been producing Oude Geuze and Oude Kriek by traditional methods.

Regular times and special craft locations

At the Lambik-O-droom of 3 Fonteinen in Lot, Beersel, public tours take place every Friday and Saturday at 3:00 p.m. and every Sunday at 2:00 p.m. These tours are open to individual visitors and small groups; reservations are not required. This makes it possible to plan a stay around a fixed appointment for a public tour and an insight into the Lambic tradition.

Another historical facet is represented by the Herisem paper mill and former Winderickx cardboard factory complex. It includes the original paper mill, the cardboard factory, a farm with a grain mill and a residential house. During the Steam Days, the 130-year-old steam engine is put back into operation twice a year. Kasteel van Beersel is a unique moated castle and one of the best-preserved examples of medieval military architecture in Belgium. The Beersel Geproefd Walking Trail continues to Oud Beersel, where visitors can tour the brewery or sample old Geuze, old Kriek or various Lambic beers at the Bierhuis.
