At the Ivatsevichi estate, a distillery and a tar distillery were built at the end of the 18th century. After 1871, a small settlement developed next to the Ivatsevichi estate in connection with the construction of the Brest–Moscow railway; it grew with the development of timber extraction. At the end of the 19th century, Ivatsevichi had a distillery, a brickworks, a fulling mill, and a watermill.

The Yundzilov manor house in Ivatsevichi was built no later than the end of the 18th century, according to indirect evidence, and is one of the oldest buildings in the Brest Region. The manor park contained several walking avenues lined with linden and hornbeam trees; several larches have survived near the palace to this day.
