Quarai features a restored mission chapel and weathered sandstone walls. Visitors can explore it via a 0.5-mile paved interpretive loop trail and the 1-mile, natural-surface Spanish Corral Trail. The Salt Missions Trail has a 25.5-mile extension to the south leading to the Gran Quivira mission site.
