Motsameta: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Mots’ameta is home to a monastery associated with the burials of David and Konstantin and considered one of Georgia’s important holy sites because the burials of both men have been preserved there. The monastery stands on a high, narrow strip of land that juts into the Tskaltsitela Gorge. The site was previously occupied by a fortress and the Church of the Annunciation.
