At Skubbet, there are marked exercise trails in a wooded setting. Another option is the Forshallspromenaden, which is approximately four kilometres long. It forms part of the Västgötaleden and passes a legally protected nature conservation area on the southern side of the Nossan. For cycling tours, the Salstadsturen offers two distances: 20 kilometres, or 30 kilometres if the Dättern nature reserve is included. Those interested in local history can also take note of Grästorps kyrka: it was built in 1915. A geologically interesting memorial stone stands next to the church.

For one week, the area around the Nossan watercourse is illuminated.
