Promenade and beach in Ashe

A report dated January 24, 2025, stated that a pedestrian promenade had been created on Repina Street in Ashe. Limonad Beach is a broad beach area for relaxing by the sea. The promenade gives trip planning a local focus, while the beach offers a maritime theme.

When looking for a holiday apartment, consider which of these priorities you want to shape your stay more. If you are travelling together, your interests may differ; comparing the local area with time by the sea offers a concrete starting point for choosing a location. Then check the location of a listing against your own plans.

Cave near Kalezh: closed to visitors

The Peshchera Vedm (Dzhineun) cave lies near the hamlet of Kalezh on the right bank of the middle reaches of the Ashe River, not in Ashe itself. It is closed to visitors. Geographically, it is therefore part of the surrounding area, but it cannot be planned as an accessible stop on a visit.

Krasnodar Region: nature and cultural attractions

In the Azovskie kosy Nature Park in the Krasnodar Region, sea waves and currents shape spits and islands from sand and shells, creating varied outlines. The park is home year-round to colonies of various gull, tern and cormorant species on shallow coastal waters, at the tips of the spits and on sand islands; their presence varies seasonally. The coastal formations and birdlife make the park a distinct nature attraction within the broader region.

Another example in the Krasnodar Region is Anapskaya peresyp Nature Park. Visitors can walk along broad, golden beaches; farther from the sea, the sand forms a series of high dunes. This offers two distinct regional nature themes: shaped coastlines and seasonally varying bird colonies on the one hand, and beach walks and dunes on the other. Another geological highlight of the Krasnodar Region is Mount Karabetova in Vulkany Tamani Nature Park: it is the largest active mud volcano on the Taman Peninsula.

The Vinnye dorogi Krasnodarskogo kraya route is another cultural attraction in the Krasnodar Region. It presents more than 2,500 years of winemaking and wine production—from antiquity to the present—through interactive exhibitions and installations. The route passes through Anapa, Taman, Golubitskaya, Sennoy, Moldavanskoye, Novorossiysk, Abrau-Dyurso, Fedotovka and Gelendzhik. The route description lists 20 wineries as places to visit; this number may change. Check the current route and operating status before making specific travel plans.
