Geocaching reached the town in 2007 and adds a playful way of exploring to the range of options.

The Igreja de São Miguel is a church built in the 16th century with a Mannerist-style façade. Inside, there are woodcarvings, murals and paintings, including Aclamação de Nossa Senhora and A Última Ceia.
