Sianozety on the Coast: Beach, Trails and Pier

Sianozety is a coastal resort for holidays that combine the beach, walks and excursions. The wide sandy beach, a pier and designated cycling and hiking trails offer various ways to plan your stay. When choosing your holiday apartment, it is particularly worth considering whether you want to spend most of your time by the water or also explore the coast on foot and by bike.

Beach Access and Swimming Area

The wide sandy beach is about 1,400 m long. In summer, there is a supervised swimming area. The summer swimming area covers 1,400 m of coastline, excluding two water lanes for the local facility known as the Shore Fishermen's Harbour. Three renovated, safe and signposted access points lead to the beach from Ku Morzu, Lotnicza and Sztormowa streets. These named streets provide useful landmarks when planning your beach visit.

There is also a special option for a holiday with a dog: during the summer season, a designated section of the beach is set aside for dogs. It is located west of beach access point No. 1, on part of plot 324/7. If you are travelling with a dog, you can take this designated area into account when planning your beach days.

Walks on the Pier

Sianozety has a pier that is used as a tourist attraction and a place for walks. The piers in Sianozety and Ustronie Morskie each extend 100 m out to sea. A walk on the pier offers a different focus from a day at the beach: rather than walking along the sandy shore, you head out over the water. This adds a distinct experience to your stay by the sea.

Hiking or Cycling Along the Coast

The red-marked international long-distance hiking trail E-9 runs from Sianozety in two directions. Towards Gąski, it passes through Ustronie Morskie and Wieniotowo before reaching the Gąski Lighthouse; this route is about 9 km long. Towards Kołobrzeg, the route passes through Bagicz and is about 10 km long. You can choose between a hike to the lighthouse and a trip towards Kołobrzeg. The places along the two routes and their approximate distances can help you decide which direction to hike.

There are also different options for cycling trips. The international R10 Coastal Cycle Route runs through Sianozety. Within the area of the relevant forest district, it is about 48 km long and runs on asphalt, unpaved roads and cobblestones. The different surfaces are a practical factor to consider when planning a cycling trip. Another cycle route invites you to ride to Kołobrzeg, offering a separate option alongside the R10.

Coastal Landscape and Holiday Location

The area of Sianozety lies within the Koszaliński Pas Nadmorski Landscape Protection Area. This gives you a choice of different ways to plan your holiday: the beach and swimming area, walks on the pier, hikes on the E-9 or cycling trips. If the beach is your main priority, the three signposted access points can be useful landmarks.
