For longer distances, the PTTK hiking trail runs from Radom Pruszaków to Radom Firlej and is 16.5 km long. The route “Dolina rzeki Mlecznej, na szlaku starego Radomia” includes 23 stops along the Mleczna Valley. The shorter route “Republika Radomska” is about 3 km long and focuses on history through its six sites. The distance figures clearly distinguish these routes but do not indicate walking time or difficulty.
Radom has around 90 km of cycle paths; the length of the network may change as new paths are added. The boulevards along the Mleczna River are used by cyclists and inline skaters.
