The 2013 PTTK Excursion
On 20 October 2013, PTTK Sudety Zachodnie’s 12-kilometre excursion route no. 37 travelled through the foothills of the Jizera Mountains, along the Kwisa and Lake Leśniańskie, to Zapusta. The route as recorded at the time led from the museum across the Kwisa, past the holiday centre of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, and on to Rajsko Castle at the edge of the lake. The route description from that time also noted a field path leading from the museum to the Kwisa. In its historical sequence, the tour brought together several distinct points of interest: the collection, the riverside landscape and the castle. The stated distance and stops describe a specific excursion that took place on 20 October 2013.
