The main attraction of Jerzmanowice is considered to be one of the best-preserved Dutch windmills in Lower Silesia. The 18th-century windmill stands at Jerzmanowice 63. Its structure consists of wooden beams and rests on a polygonal brick base. The historic windmill houses a restaurant.

The origins of the residence in Jerzmanowice date back to the first half of the 16th century. The late Renaissance manor house was extensively remodelled in the Neoclassical style in the first quarter of the 19th century and in the 1840s. To the east of the palace, there was probably a rectangular ornamental garden surrounded by a wall as early as the 18th century; surviving relics point to this garden.

Landscape

Jerzmanowice is situated in a gently undulating landscape considered attractive and picturesque. The palace grounds include a meadow with a view, surrounded by a winding path. Jerzmanowice is home to a small-leaved lime tree protected as a natural monument. It stands on plot no. 11 and has a trunk circumference of 490 cm.
