The division gives the house two distinct functions: the museum focuses on objects, while the chapel serves as a separate religious space.
The chapel is a place for prayer and quiet; pilgrims in particular use it as the starting point for the Karolina Kózka Martyrdom Trail. From the Blessed’s house, the trail leads to the spot in the forest where she was attacked by a Russian soldier.
