Beside it stands a small fountain of the “Szklana kula” type, meaning “Glass Sphere” in English. The sphere, made of transparent polycarbonate, has a diameter of 60 centimetres and sits on a steel base. The structure includes a pump and a basin made of polished stainless steel; its design directs water over the outside of the sphere. The hexagon and circle of the graduation tower contrast with the spherical shape of the fountain. Their measurements also provide a point of comparison: the circle of the structure has a diameter of 3.0 metres, while the sphere measures 60 centimetres.
