St. Peter and Paul: Building History and Architecture

St. Peter and Paul Church stands behind a gate dating from 1800. Between 1740 and 1760, it was remodelled in the Late Baroque style through the patronage of the Abbot of Ląd, Antoni Mikołaj Łukomski. The dates refer to different elements: 1800 to the gate, and 1740 to 1760 to the remodelling of the church. The interior is single-nave and has a rectangular chancel. A single-nave church has one main nave; here, the transept arms are complemented by two chapels.
