The area's landscape character is particularly evident at Parco dei Laghetti. It includes an area of approximately 51 hectares comprising former quarries in Martellago. The area is part of the Natura 2000 network and is designated as an SIC, SPA and, since 2018, as an SAC. At the same time, Parco dei Laghetti is an area of particular landscape and natural-environmental value. The Dese River is the most important watercourse running through the Martellago area.

Parco dei Laghetti can be accessed via Via Fornace in Martellago and Via Cà Bembo in Maerne. In Parco dei Laghetti, access, driving through and parking motor vehicles on roads and paths, meadows, woodland and agricultural land, as well as along the paths, are prohibited.

Church art and historic residences

Chiesa di Santo Stefano Protomartire was consecrated by Bishop Francesco Giustiniani on 21 September 1777. In 1779, painters Giovanni Battista Canal and Domenico Fossati were commissioned to create a large fresco depicting the martyrdom of Saint Stephen for the church. Chiesa di Santo Stefano Protomartire is dated to the period from 1770 to 1820. Another historic building is Barchessa Fapanni Combi, a residence in the Veneto built in 1600. In the 19th century, it was restored according to a design by architect Michele Fapanni. To visit the historic residence Barchessa Fapanni Combi, an appointment can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

Villa Priuli Grimani Morosini is also known as Ca' della Nave and stands on Via Castellana in the centre of Martellago. Its main building dates from 1547. The main building of Ca' della Nave has a square floor plan, three storeys and a hipped roof.

The Golf Club Ca' della Nave course has artificial lakes that affect 12 of its 18 holes. The railway station is located in Maerne di Martellago at Via Circonvallazione 64.
