Along the way, it crosses the Uccellina area on a paved road closed to traffic. The short A5 Itinerario forestale walking trail lets you experience the different forms of Mediterranean woodland and leads through an abandoned old olive grove where fallow deer can be observed.

The tranquil waters towards the mouth of the Ombrone are also among the interesting natural sights around Alberese. Herons, kingfishers and European pond turtles can be observed there. At the foot of the Uccellina Mountains lies Boschetto del Lasco, a tree-covered pasture. Wild animals seek shelter among large holm oaks, cork oaks and downy oaks.

The Boschetto del Lasco riding route leads through the flat pastures around Alberese to Boschetto del Lasco and is also suitable for inexperienced riders.
