Visitors arriving by car to go skiing can find parking in Norge and at other locations in the Monte Bondone ski area. From these car parks, the Monte Bondone ski slopes can be reached by ski bus or shuttle bus. Bus route B202 provides regular connections from the bus station in Trento to the main areas of Monte Bondone, including Norge; the journey takes around 50 minutes. There are therefore two different ways to travel to the winter sports area: car parks in the area with a ski bus or shuttle bus, and route B202 from Trento.

Circular walk with nature, history and activities on Monte Bondone

The Vaneze–Vason–Vaneze circular walk leads around the three villages of Vaneze, Norge and Vason on Monte Bondone and can end in Norge. The route focuses on trails and fortifications associated with the First World War. Local animals can be observed in the forest. The attractions along the circular route also include a climbing wall, an adventure park and the ski slopes of Monte Bondone. The peaks of Montesel, Cornetto di Mugon and Monte Alto, as well as the mountain Monte Palon, are located in the vicinity of Norge. Monte Bondone is the shared geographical reference point for Norge, Vaneze and Vason.

Together with Vaneze, Vason and Viote, Norge forms part of the system of traditional “baiti” on Monte Bondone. The surviving structures on the eastern slope of Monte Bondone in the area of Vaneze, Norge and Vason were incorporated into the urban redevelopment of the area as a result of the tourism development associated with the ski slopes that have existed there since the period after the Second World War. The MUSE Museo delle Scienze museum and the Museo Storico delle Truppe Alpine museum are located in the vicinity of Norge. The Palazzo Pretorio and Palazzo Geremia palaces are also nearby. The historical connections range from the fortifications along the circular route and the development of the ski slopes on the eastern slope to museums and palaces in the vicinity of Norge.
