The Parrocchiale di San Martino was built in the final decades of the 17th century. A distinctive architectural trace of the town is provided by the Crotin of Calosso. These are old underground cellars excavated in sandstone beneath buildings in the historic town centre. A free visit to five Crotin is available on the first and third weekend of every month from April to September.

The Museo Memorie Di Futuro is a permanent installation featuring images and films dedicated to the oral traditions and material memories of Calosso. The films were produced by Andrea Icardi and feature original music by Giorgio Conte. They cover wine, the grape harvest, the seasons of viticulture, the Fiera del Rapulè, traditional objects and the stories of Calosso residents interviewed by Piercarlo Grimaldi and Enrico Ercole.

The Sentiero Paludo 303 A crosses the Riserva Naturale del Paludo and runs alongside the small Oasi Perrone – Marchisio. It is considered an easy hike lasting around one hour. Stage 1A of the Percorso Essenze e Conoscenze in Calosso is 5.19 kilometres long, has an elevation gain of 45 metres and takes around 1 hour and 20 minutes.
