The Museo degli scavi di Piuro is located in the church sacristy. For an active day out, the main hiking trail leads from the Cascate dell’Acquafraggia up to the historic village of Savogno in gentle hairpin bends along a characteristic mule track. An access variant of the Bregaglia Terraces route between Savogno, Dasile and Corbia begins in Borgonuovo di Piuro near the Acquafraggia Waterfalls and follows an old mule track through terraced landscapes and chestnut forests.
