At the sanctuary, the triptych is attributed to Vespasiano; the triptych in Santa Margherita, by contrast, depicts Saint Margaret of Antioch among saints.

Festivals, ravioli and Ligurian traditions

At the “Festa di San Giacomo – Sagra del Raviolo” in Gattorna, ravioli are served according to traditional recipes. At the “Festa Sant'Anna” in Ferrada, typical regional dishes, including Ligurian specialities, are prepared and offered to participants. At the “Festa di Sant'Anna” held in July at the “Abbazia Sant'Anna”, a mass and a procession with the image of the saint take place. The July date celebrated at the Abbazia Sant'Anna is a fixed seasonal point for travel planning; the mass and procession distinguish this festival from the culinary events featuring ravioli and regional dishes.
