Villa Lais is also located in Sipicciano, an 18th-century residence set in a park with centuries-old trees.

The Palazzo Baronale in Spicciano offers further historical impressions. The 15th-century residence preserves frescoes depicting the Baglioni family. The Santuario della Madonna del Castellonchio stands on the ruins of an ancient castle. Wall and vault paintings, created by the Roman painter Marzio Ganassini, depict episodes from the life and miracles of the saint.

Parks, Archaeology and an August Festival

In Poggio del Castagno, outside the town, there is a well-equipped green park. Village festivals and traditional celebrations take place there in summer, so alongside the historic sites, community-oriented experiences are also part of Graffignano's character. In Poggio la Guardia, in the Tiber plain, the remains of a rural settlement from Roman times were excavated. It includes a residential area and a production area with a large round basin. The Sagra della Lumaca also takes place in Graffignano in mid-August.

By car, you can reach Graffignano via the A1 Autostrada del Sole: from the south, take the Attigliano exit; from the north, take the Orvieto exit.
