The Serbian Orthodox Church in Medina was completed in 1856. It has an iconostasis from the mid-19th century; its paintings date from around 1854 and were restored in 2000.

Culture
The neoclassical Apponyi Castle in Medina is listed in the national register of monuments. The townscape also includes the Reformed Church, a late Baroque church from the end of the 18th century, and the Roman Catholic chapel, which was built in the 18th century with lyre-shaped windows.
Valuable products made by local craftsmen are displayed temporarily at the Kézműves-ház. Annual traditions also include the Szerb búcsú, a Serbian church festival held during the Serbian Pentecost celebration.
Landscape
The Sió flows below Medina. Kápolnai-hegy is the center of viticulture in Medina; at the same time, the town belongs to the historic Szekszárd wine-growing region.
Places and Events
A collection of classic cars can be viewed at the Apponyi-Kiskastély in Medina. The chapel of the Apponyi-Kiskastély can be used for weddings and family celebrations upon request.
At the Sió Canal, the “Malom” building is a stop for water tours. Water collection and showers are available there; safe, long-term storage of canoes is also possible.
