Vasad is located in Hungary, in Pest County, in the northern part of the Danube–Tisza Interfluve. At the same time, the village lies in the northern part of the Danube–Tisza Sand Ridge in central Pest County.

From Budapest, Vasad can be reached via the junction near Monor from Route 4, followed by Route 4605; the same road connects the village with Csévharaszt.
