Kistótfalu is a cul-de-sac settlement; by road, the village can only be reached via Vokány, using side road 57 114, which branches off road 5711.
Trails
From Kistótfalu, the pilgrimage church of Máriagyűd can be reached via a signposted hiking trail with a short walk.
The Hétágfa educational trail leads from Kistótfalu to Hétágfa Liget. The 2.5-kilometre trail is interactive; its stations are designed around the elements of nature: earth, water, tree, air and fire.
At Hétágfa Liget on the outskirts of Kistótfalu, the Hétágfa Association runs an ecological garden and a community area.
Culture
The Reformed Church of Kistótfalu was built between 1833 and 1839. It is designed in the Classicist style and features elements of the late Baroque. Its furnishings include a two-manual organ with eight registers, made by the Angster factory in Pécs.
History
Archaeologically valuable finds were discovered while ploughing the cultivated fields around Kistótfalu: stone axes and fragments of pottery vessels. They indicate that the area was already inhabited by people 4,000 to 6,000 years ago.
