The route then follows the Patelsbach to the Steinernes Männchen and returns to the starting point.

The pilgrimage church of St. Quintin is designated as a sight in and around Karbach. St. Quintin is described as a 12th-century pilgrimage church and is located outside Karbach on a cemetery site. St. Quintin is listed as a former parish church with a medieval core, a Baroque-style remodeled interior and the year 1748; together with the cemetery, it forms a historic monument ensemble. Quintin was rebuilt in 1749, and the rebuilt church was consecrated in 1751.

The village is home to St. Anne's Chapel, which is listed as a single-nave church dating from 1770 and was extended in 1923.

Cycling

A combined cycle and farm track leads from Karbach via St. Quintin to Hungenroth. The use of this path by private motor vehicles is prohibited. The Hunsrück-Middle Rhine is described as an area with a dense network of certified premium hiking trails. The Rhine-Moselle Triangle is described as a region associated with cycling; the Hunsrück Railway offers return transport between Boppard and Emmelshausen.
