Fussingen is traversed by circular routes that run year-round and by the regional long-distance trail network. The Kerkerbachtal hiking and cycling trail leads through the village from the Westerwald towards the Lahn, and the Hessian long-distance cycling route R8 also runs through Fussingen.

Culture and History

The Catholic Church of St. Leonhard in Fussingen was built between 1916 and 1918. Its interior includes works by the Fussingen artist Paul Grimm, including a Christ the King painting, a Madonna painting, a pulpit, an altar, a cross, and a tabernacle.
