The 29-kilometre Adalbert-Stifter cross-country ski trail follows the former railway line from Waldkirchen railway station via Jandelsbrunn, Neureichenau, Altreichenau, and Frauenberg to Haidmühle. For a shorter loop, the 3-kilometre Altreichenau Circular Trail is available. It is described as a moderately difficult skating trail in open terrain and is illuminated twice a week.
