The 3.6-kilometre Achkarrer Schlossberg Trail crosses the vineyard area on the Schlossberg and, together with the Wine Museum, introduces visitors to the soils and climate of the Kaiserstuhl, grape varieties, and the history of viticulture.
In Achkarren, paths lead through wooded ridges and the Büchsenberg nature reserve. There, a forest and nature trail presents botanical rarities, including burning bush (Diptam) and downy oak.
At Achkarrer Winzer am Schlossberg, wine-related visitor experiences are available in the form of cellar or vineyard tours with wine tasting. They are offered regularly and by arrangement.
