Culture and History
The protected Château de Feugerolles comprises the main building, the adjoining house, the former courtroom, the chapel, the terraces, the monumental gate, the towers, the filled-in moats and the gardens. The main construction phases of Château de Feugerolles date from the 13th, 16th and 17th centuries.
La Forge was part of the “Forge et aciérie Claudinon” industrial complex, which employed more than 1,800 workers during the First World War. During the renovation of La Forge, the building’s industrial character was preserved while it was also modernised. Today, La Forge is an event venue with 750 seats or standing capacity for 1,500 people.
