The Étang du Crey is an artificial pond covering approximately four hectares.

Susville has an educational cultural trail organized by local residents to discover the hamlets of the municipality. It was created as part of the « Paysages-Paysages » initiative of the Isère département.
Susville also offers the « Discovering the hamlets of Susville » circular trail. The walking route from Les Merlins to Champs Morand passes numerous fields where visitors can observe cattle and offers views of the surrounding summits.
History and culture
The residential buildings, coal hall and imposing headframe of the Site minier du Villaret are considered evidence of one of the most significant mining concessions on the Matheysine Plateau. The last active shaft, the Villaret shaft, was located in Susville and closed on Friday, 28 March 1997.
