The Canal de la Bourne runs through Eymeux. The artificial canal was built at the end of the 19th century by diverting water from the Bourne to develop the agricultural plains between Royans and Valence. Cuisine

In Eymeux, the culinary heritage of the raviole is preserved by a municipal association. At two annual events, it presents the legend of the raviole; during presentations outside the village, it explains the original method of preparation.

A local legend places the creation of the raviole in Eymeux in 1866. It names wheat, garden herbs, goat cheese and clarified butter made from churned butter as ingredients.

In Eymeux, the Fête de la raviole is held at the beginning of July, and the Rencontre de la Truffe et de la Raviole at the beginning of February.

The Chapelle Sainte-Béatrix is designed in the Neo-Romanesque style and was completed in 1897.
