The Bois de Bressac – chemin des colporteurs route offers views of the Sichier River. The Le Vieux Saint-Lager circular trail leads to viewpoints overlooking Saint-Lager-Bressac and the Chomérac Valley. The Le Vieux Saint-Lager hike is considered easy and is suitable for families.

Culture
The bell of the village church of Saint-Lager-Bressac was cast in 1880 at the Burdin Aîné foundries in Lyon. The village church also houses a gilded wooden statue of Saint Léger.
The Abbatiale Sainte-Marie de Cruas abbey church and the Tour de Diane-de-Poitiers are located near Saint-Lager-Bressac. Further afield in the region are the ancient theatre of Alba-la-Romaine (Ardèche, France) and the archaeological site of Alba-la-Romaine.
