Terra Cabra is a 200 m² visitor trail open to the public, located above the ripening rooms of Fromagers fermiers du Peytot in Planzolles. The 40-minute visit combines films, educational workshops, technical information sheets, and tours of the ripening rooms and cellar. At Terra Cabra, visitors can taste different stages of ripeness of the AOP Picodon goat’s cheese.
Founded in 2022, the artisanal La FRAP distillery produces spirits from organic products and plants gathered by hand.

Nature and Trails
The terraced landscapes of Planzolles reflect centuries of agricultural work. Centuries-old chestnut trees in Planzolles bear witness to a Cévenol tradition that is still very much alive.
Numerous hiking trails begin in the centre of Planzolles or in its hamlets, including trails around the Moulin de Marceau. The circular hike to the Moulin de Marceau is a three-hour route.
The loop to the Moulin de Marceau leads to a restored mill with fully reconstructed mechanisms, including water-powered paddles and stone millstones.
Culture and History
The Church of Saint-Pierre-aux-Liens in Planzolles has a comb-style bell tower. The washhouses of Laval can be reached from the car park in the hamlet of Laval after a 20 m walk; access is impossible for coaches. The three washhouses of Laval in Planzolles stand out for their number, design, and state of preservation.
Chabroulière is a former monastic barn that was later converted into a fortified house. The surviving vaulted room displays a Cistercian style; in the 12th and 13th centuries, it was used to store grain and olives, as well as probably wine barrels for the Abbaye des Chambons.
