At the Cascade de Sillans, the Bresque plunges 44 metres from pink tuff and travertine rocks into a turquoise-blue pool. The Belvédère de la cascade offers panoramic views of the waterfall and the pool of the Cascade de Sillans.
Visitors to Sillans-la-Cascade can follow a dedicated walking route to the Cascade de Sillans. An alternative version of this route is also available in case of fire risk.

Culture
The visitor route mentions the forecourt of the Eglise Saint Jean Baptiste, which features an altarpiece of the Virgin Mary by Louis Bréa dating from 1501. The Rue du Porche is considered the medieval centre of Sillans-la-Cascade and features a gate and houses made of tuff stone. Behind the Château, the Grand Place contains a stone cistern buried beneath the road surface, which collected river water with the aid of a hydraulic ram to supply the fountains with water.
The Chapelle Saint Laurent offers panoramic views of the Château de Sillans. Sillans-la-Cascade is protected by fortified walls and defensive towers.
History
The Eglise Saint Etienne was built in the Middle Ages and expanded in the 19th century with two side chapels and a bell tower with a portal-shaped base dating from 1880. The Chapelle Saint Laurent was built in 1858 by residents of Sillans-la-Cascade who had vowed to build a chapel if the plague spared the village.
The present-day Château de Sillans was rebuilt by Rolland de Sillans around 1800. Previously, there had been other castles on the site, including one that was destroyed during the Revolution.
Cycling
The Chemin des remparts runs along the river beneath the fortifications and as far as the vicinity of the washhouse. Cycling and mountain biking routes pass through Sillans-la-Cascade.
