Culture and Gastronomy
The parish church of Saint-Coutant, also known as L'église Saint-Constant, was built in the 12th century. Its choir was extended in the mid-15th century. Two pointed-arch arcades are visible on the north wall; they are considered likely remnants of a seigneurial chapel.
The Logis du Péré is considered a Renaissance manor house, fortified on a square ground plan and surrounded by high walls with massive round towers. One tower houses a chapel, while another contains a dovecote. Today, the Logis is a gastronomic hotel-restaurant.
